It is a confirmation that HCPTI is highly efficient in following the international port security standards. • HCPTI's command center is equipped with Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) positioned strategically to monitor vessels, cargo movements and delivery operations inside the port with stringent measures adopted to eliminate losses due to pilferage. • Highly trained, competent security personnel and K9 units are alternately roving inside the port 24/7 to secure the premises, provide protection against theft and other suspicious activities. • As an added security measure, Security Patrol boats are being deployed from time to time to safeguard HCPTI's berthing areas and monitor all navigational buoys, while vehicles entering and leaving the port are carefully inspected to ensure the safety of employees, clients, contractors, visitors and other port users. As an added measure,   Harbour Centre developed  the Cargo Management System, an integrated   system that monitors all  cargoes from receiving   point up to its releasing point.
